Placed order 10th may. Failed to receive confirmation email. Contacted Paula via email and she stated that the order was not in system and must not have completed. Paypal would refund my money. I placed an order with a competitor and received my order in good time. THEN somehow my order was packed and sent from vet n pet direct. I DO NOT require multiple items and would have preferred to save the money. Sent an email questioning this with no response.
