Very helpful staff. Was looking for bow and arrow for are kids. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable and gave some great advice what we needed.
Picked up a new Zafer shotgun on Saturday from here. Friendly but no idea of customer service. Ad was misleading to say the least. Ad clearly states 5 chokes, when questioned they said this one only has 4 chokes after id paid !! I hope i dont have a warranty issue, wish id never shopped there, be careful buying from this place!
Previous owner (Gavin) had good product knowledge but was very moody and that kind of put a dampener on my experiences there. New owners are friendly but don't quite have Gav's knowledge. Having said that I like going in there more now and I'm glad Gav's daughter stayed on because she's really nice to deal with it. Good gunshop all in all and they have regular 15% -20% off sales on ammo and other items. Need to work on getting their website functional or atleast a FB page.
Had to post a rifle down to VIC this morning so called in to Guns & Ammo. The new owners are great blokes and the young lady behind the counter is very pleasant to deal with. Large range of rifles, shotguns, ammo and optics - seem like decent prices too. Cheers, keep it up
