Due to the location, travel to the store is in some cases 20min round trip for locals. So missing items is beyond a joke and the quality of the food is poor to say the least. This seems to be a standard at this store. But when you thought that is the worst, customer service is lacking too, 3 weeks to reply to a complaint. It ticks all the boxes.
I got the "variety feast" from Kfc jimboomba. We got half of the package. I called many times and they don't answer the phone. I'm really disappointed about the service.
Ran out of hot n spicy chicken at dinner time, really. Often get ripped off with 9 piece chicken pack by only getting 7 or 8 pieces and then have to complain but they never answer the phone. This happens frequently so now am forced to check before leaving.
Very slow service. The chips are generally very soggy and burgers are made very messy. The place is also fairly unclean.
Long waits, small but incredibly rich (salty/sugary) food, mediocre environment. It's a global chain where 'just good enough' reigns and good quality healthy food takes a back seat to profitability. McDonald's is a better choice, but not by much. At least it was pretty clean. Note, sharp edges on furniture led to our child injuring himself (bleeding) three times in the one sitting.
