I will make a couple of suggestions. Number 1. You guys should keep the pizzas and food in a warming oven like they do over at Yarrabilba because the food is warm at best by the time I picked mine up on time. Suggestion 2. You are advertised to be open till 11pm. Not a good look when you place an order on line and you rock up there on pick up time and the store is shut. I had to knock on the door and the 2 staff working there had completely forgot about my order which was warm at best left in the warming bags which dont seem to be doing that at all. I questioned the 2 staff dont you guys shut at 11pm? Its advertised that and also on your door. The girl said the times where changing. I said well are you going to change the times on the door? She said eventually. Staff need some work in customer service. Considering the place has just opened it isnt a good look already.
