I love how it doesn't matter what kind of day I've had, I can always count on my Flourish Family welcoming me with an awesome workout, a good laugh and lots of love and support. The Flourish trainers have helped me achieve fitness goals that I didn't even realise I wanted. It leaves you with a craving to achieve even more, with a healthy curiosity of what else your body and mind is capable of. You'll never leave a workout feeling like you wish you hadn't trained - you may feel a little smashed, but it's the best kind of smashed! Love love!

I started a few months ago being very unfit and now feel much stronger and healthier - its incredible the progress you can make in such a short time! My teeangers love it too and have made incredible progress in their fitness and movement. Highly recommended for anyone with any fitness level!
I have been going to Crossfit Flourish for over 12 months now and it is one of the best things I've done. All of the trainers including Greg, Belinda, Glenn, Jo and LJ have ridiculously extensive knowledge about everything health and fitness related and I'm always learning gold tips from them. They consistently bring out the best in me whether it's learning new skills or progressions, recovery tips or just pushing myself in a workout.If you're thinking of joining, one thing you will quickly find is how awesome the community is - everyone is always extremely encouraging and positive! It's impressive and inspirational seeing new people come into the box and seeing them progress so far in such a short time.If you're like me, you'll find it difficult to work out and push yourself on your own. The best thing you can do is to join the Flourish crew and before too long you'll find out you can't wait for the next work out and you'll be hitting goals that you never thought you could achieve. I have been a member at Crossfit Flourish for around 18 months now. I originally joined to try something different to just gym classes and bootcamp. I wasn't sure what to expect, or whether I would even be able to do half of it, being over 50 years old.The Elements program to start was a great way to learn the basics and to realise that all challenges can be scaled to suit all levels of experience.The trainers are focused on teaching the correct technique to perform all exercises, conscious of helping to improve mobility and flexibility and constantly helping every individual to improve themselves no matter what level they are at.Crossfit Flourish has a great community feel, everyone encourages, no one judges. For myselfthis year I competed in my first Masters League Competition (something I never thought I would do), so you never know what your capable of until you try!Age is no barrier!
I have been going regularly to Crossfit Flourish since Dec 2014. I originally started so I could get fitter & strengthen my core for riding my horses. Having never really been that much into exercise I was a little hesitant, thinking I wouldn't be fit enough and also with having a bad limp from a previous ankle fracture I thought I wouldn't be physically able. How wrong was I. You don't need to be fit to start, they will make you fit - every workout can be scaled to your ability. I couldn't run to the end of the 20mt driveway and back, recently I completed my first 5km run and I don't walk with a limp anymore. The trainers are super supportive and encouraging and all of the members make you feel very welcome. The sense of community is amazing at Crossfit Flourish.
