I have never dealt with a salesperson as rude as the woman who owns this agency! It got to the point where I refused to speak to her and my poor partner had to do the communicating. The whole experience was really stressful and honestly, I am amazed she is still in business. Zero customer service skills.
One of the best places i've ever rented through, Never had an issue that wasn't resolved promptly and easy !!!,would recommend to anyone who either wanted to rent from or have there property rented through, Jo-anne is always very professional and her staff are always friendly , 5 stars and i would have given more, I have rented 4 properties with jimboomba ips!!
