Our experience with boq Jimboomba and specifically with steve and lee-Ann was amazing... they did everything they could to allow us to buy our house when other banks said no or offered ridiculous rates, they have kept my business going with equipment finance and kept trying new avenues to secure a loan for a new building we require.On a personal basis nothing has been too hard and we worked through difficulties together. Both steve and lee-Ann have gone the extra mile in every regard with prompt responses, friendly service and regular check ins when things were moving slowly.I would recommend boq Jimboomba to anyone and thank them for the assistance they have provided me , my family and my business.
I recently went to BOQ Jimboomba for a consolidation loan. I made the appointment and met with the loan clerk Lee-ann. She was by far the most rude in condescending person I have had the displeasure of dealing with. I will never do any further business with BOQ in any form due to the insulting "service" I received from that lady. Account closed.
